Families in Owen Sound, Ontario, can start signing up for 2026 youth summer camps on Tuesday, February 17, at 9:00 a.m. The City of Owen Sound is offering several programs to help parents arrange childcare and activities for the upcoming summer months.
The city-run camps are designed for children between the ages of 6 and 12. There are five different types of day camps available, including the Harrison Park Sports Camp and a creative program called Camp TOM: Summer Art Adventures at the Tom Thomson Art Gallery.
All sign-ups must be done online through the city’s registration portal. Because many of the popular programs have limited space and can fill up within minutes, officials suggest that families prepare by reviewing the options before the opening time.
Parents should also note that a new cancellation policy is in place for the 2026 season. Campers are required to meet the specific age limits by the first day of their program to participate in the activities.
