The Canadian Forces Snowbirds will perform at the Red Deer Regional Airshow in Red Deer, Alberta, on July 25 and 26, 2026. This event brings world-class aerial displays back to Central Alberta for a weekend of family-focused activities and aviation exhibits.
Nancy Paish, the CEO of the Red Deer Regional Airport, says the return of the event is a proud moment for the facility and the community. “The return of the Red Deer Regional Airshow is a proud moment for our airport and our community,” said Paish. The air show will also feature science and technology programs and ground-based displays for visitors to explore.
The Snowbirds, Canada’s iconic air demonstration team, will highlight the weekend with precision formation flying using their CT-114 Tutor jets. According to the Air Show Network, the Red Deer performance is part of a summer-long tour across North America marking the team’s 55th show season.
While the main performances take place over the weekend, some activities at the airport may begin as early as July 24, 2026. Local residents and visitors can find information about tickets and gate times through official airport and air show channels closer to the event date.
