The Kluane Mountain Bluegrass Festival has drawn the winning tickets for its 2026 fundraiser raffle, giving six lucky ticket holders a taste of Yukon adventure and hospitality. The festival released the numbers on June 22, a little over a week after the 23rd annual event wrapped up in Haines Junction from June 12 to 14.
Anyone who bought a raffle ticket at the festival should dig out their stubs and check these numbers: 1330, 0550, 1978, 1574, 1573, and 0434. The top prize, ticket #1330, snags a Major Peaks flightseeing trip for two with Icefield Discovery, a tour that flies past Mount Logan and the towering St. Elias Mountains.
The other prizes highlight local businesses from across the territory. Ticket #0550 wins a two-night stay at the Alcan Motor Inn in Haines Junction, donated by Wade Istchenko, the MLA for Kluane. Ticket #1978 takes home an Epiphone guitar package from Long & McQuade. Five passes to Eclipse Nordic Hot Springs, the Yukon’s only hot springs, go to ticket #1574. Ticket #1573 gets a cabin and canoe rental at McClintock Bay Resort on Marsh Lake, and ticket #0434 wins a $100 gift certificate to Winterlong Brewing Co. in Whitehorse.
The raffle is a major fundraiser for the not-for-profit festival, which is run by the volunteer board of the Yukon Bluegrass Music Society. The festival, launched in 2003, is the only bluegrass gathering north of the 60th parallel and draws performers and fans from across North America to the small community at the edge of Kluane National Park.
