After a mainly cloudy weekend, Monday is expected to clear in the morning with a high of 21°C. Winds will be from the southwest at 30 km/h, gusting to 60 km/h. The UV index is moderate at 5 during peak afternoon hours.
Monday night will see a few clouds with a low of 7°C, making for comfortable sleeping weather. Tuesday is forecast to be mainly sunny with a high of 19°C and a moderate UV index of 4.
As of 10:00 AM MST Monday, conditions at Haines Junction were 18.3°C with falling pressure and humidity at 49%. Winds were from the northeast at 12 km/h. No weather alerts are in effect for the area.
