The 48th annual Airdrie Regional Home & Lifestyle Show returns to Airdrie, Alberta, on April 18–19, 2026, at Genesis Place Recreation Centre. The two-day community event features close to 200 local businesses and non-profits, ranging from home renovation experts to local artisans. It is designed to help residents connect with services in their own backyard and to encourage shopping locally within the Rocky View County region.
Organized by the Airdrie Regional Chamber of Commerce, the show includes a new Fun Zone (an expanded kids’ activity area) aimed at making the weekend a destination for families as well as a place to shop for home improvements. Attendees can also enter prize activities such as the Money Tunnel (a chance to win “show bucks” to spend at the event) and explore an on-site ARTS Market showcasing regional creators hosted by the Airdrie Regional Arts Society.
Executive Director Marilyne Aalhus said the show is an important way to showcase local businesses to thousands of potential customers and to connect residents with community services. The first 250 attendees each day will receive a free swag bag filled with goodies.
The event runs Saturday, April 18, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and Sunday, April 19, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Admission is $5 for adults; children 12 years of age and under are free. Originally started as an agricultural fair more than 45 years ago, the show has evolved into the largest trade show of its kind in the region.
