The Town of Arnprior has posted a 39-meeting schedule covering November 17, 2025, through May 2026, detailing council sessions, advisory committee discussions and planning reviews; many entries include agenda packages and some include Zoom or recording links. The calendar, posted by the Town Clerk’s Office (Town Clerk Kaila Zamojski and Deputy Clerk Kaitlyn Wendland), is available on the Town of Arnprior Council Calendar.

The first meeting is the Environmental Advisory Committee on November 17, 2025, in Council Chambers at Town Hall (105 Elgin St. West). Key dates include the Special Meeting of Council on December 3, 2025, for 2026 budget consultations. Meeting agendas and packages are posted on the calendar the Thursday prior to each session, per the town’s calendar notice.

Mayor Lisa McGee has emphasized transparency during her term, and this calendar provides residents and developers a clearer roadmap for decisions on major projects. These include the Marshall’s Bay Meadows subdivision (a large multi-hundred-unit development), a 185-unit apartment proposal on William Street, and the $3.2 million Upper Park development.

Developers such as Neilcorp Homes and eQ Homes will use the schedule to track Committee of Adjustment and Planning Advisory hearings. Residents can stay informed about upcoming discussions on development charges and community services as Arnprior continues to expand.

By mapping out meetings well before the October 2026 municipal election, town officials aim to avoid last-minute decisions and ensure public input shapes Arnprior’s next phase of development.
