The Aurora Cultural Centre kicks off fall registration for over 25 art and music classes on August 10, 2026, at 6:00am. Classes run from September through November 2026 and are designed for adults and seniors 16 and older, with several new hands-on workshops added to the lineup.
New offerings this season include intro-level sessions in wood carving, Persian miniature painting, plein air painting, printmaking, hand sewing and mending, needle felting, and acrylic pouring. The full catalog is already available online so locals can plan before registration goes live.
Housed in the restored 1886 Church Street School heritage building at 22 Church Street, the Centre provides a climate-controlled, wheelchair-accessible space with multiple classrooms. The non-profit organization receives funding from the Town of Aurora as part of its mission to keep arts education affordable and art galleries free for everyone.
