The Park View Education Centre girls hockey team finished the 2025-2026 regular season in first place in the Valley High School Hockey League on February 17, 2026, in Bridgewater, Nova Scotia. This top ranking ensures the team will have the advantage of playing at their home rink during the upcoming regional playoffs.
The Panthers ended their season with a record of 15 wins and two losses, earning a total of 45 points over 17 games. They finished ahead of their closest rivals, the Horton Griffins and the Central Kings Titans, to secure the top spot in the league standings.
Ceili Chapman led the entire league in total points with 23 goals and 19 assists, while Maria Bryson was the top goal scorer for the team with 24 goals. Kaelyn Mason also helped the team’s success by contributing 30 points throughout the season.
By finishing first, the team has earned the top position for the postseason tournament that begins in late February. Playoff games are expected to bring local fans to the Lunenburg County Lifestyle Centre as the Panthers compete for the league championship.
