In the Jan. 5, 2026 summary, officers arrested a 40-year-old woman on Princess Street North in Chatham after she was observed striking a vehicle with a metal shovel; she was charged with Mischief under $5,000 and released with a future court date. The same Jan. 5 release also reported that, during a traffic stop at Queen Street and Patteson Avenue, officers arrested a 41-year-old man from Sarnia on outstanding warrants held by the Windsor Police Service for multiple theft-related offences; he was transferred into Windsor Police custody.
The Jan. 6, 2026 release reported additional warrant arrests, including a 72-year-old man located on Princess Street North arrested on an outstanding bench warrant for Assault Causing Bodily Harm, and a 63-year-old woman in Wallaceburg arrested on an outstanding warrant for arson related to a residential fire.
