The Town of Collingwood has released its service schedule for the upcoming Easter long weekend, noting closures at various municipal facilities for Friday, April 3, and Monday, April 6, 2026.
Residents should be aware that Town Hall, the Business Development Centre, and all local arenas will be closed from Friday, April 3 through Monday, April 6. Additionally, the Collingwood Public Library will be closed on Friday, April 3, Sunday, April 5, and Monday, April 6, though it will maintain regular hours on Saturday, April 4.
The Collingwood Museum, located at 45 St. Paul St., will remain open on Easter Sunday. The facility is also hosting its annual Easter Egg Hunt on the museum grounds on Saturday, April 4, starting at 10:00 a.m.
For those planning to use the Centennial Aquatic Centre, the facility will be closed on Friday, April 3, and Sunday, April 5. However, it will be open during regular hours on Saturday, April 4, and Monday, April 6.
Public transit services, including Colltrans, the Blue Mountain Link, and TransitPLUS, will continue to operate on their normal schedules throughout the long weekend with no service changes. For residents requiring assistance while municipal offices are closed, the Service Collingwood online portal remains available 24 hours a day.
