The Seaway Valley Riders are preparing for the 9th Annual Ride for Hospice to support end-of-life care in Cornwall, Ontario, on August 8, 2026. This local fundraiser brings together community members to help raise money for the operations of Hospice Cornwall.
The event is a motorcycle and car rally that historically starts at 1207 Second Street West. Registration usually begins at 9:00 AM, and the group of riders typically sets off on their route at 10:30 AM.
The money raised during the ride helps Carefor Health & Community Services provide care to people in the community who are near the end of their lives. In the past, the registration fee has been $20 for a single rider or $25 for a couple on one bike.
Supporters can also use a CanadaHelps fundraising page to collect donations for the event. These community-led efforts are important for the hospice to continue offering its services to local residents and their families.
