The City of Dauphin, Manitoba, has updated its Agendas & Minutes page to list Regular Council meetings on January 5 and January 19, 2026, but the Agendas & Minutes page currently lists those meetings without linked agenda or minutes documents.

These meetings, led by Mayor David Bosiak and the six councillors elected for the 2022–2026 term, will be held in the City Hall Council Chambers at 100 Main Street South, starting at 5:00 p.m. (scheduled to run until 6:30 p.m.). Residents can attend in person or (typically) watch via the City’s official YouTube channel.

The January sessions kick off the final year of the 2022–2026 council term. Council is expected to begin discussions on the 2026 municipal budget, provide updates on the long‑planned Dauphin Justice Centre (with construction not expected before 2026 at the earliest), and present early reports on the City Plan adopted as Bylaw 06/2023 (Development Plan).

Agendas and minutes for both meetings have yet to be posted. Interested residents can check the Agendas & Minutes page for updates or contact the city clerk’s office or City Hall for details on bylaws, major motions and public access arrangements.
