The Innovex Estevan Bears have officially launched their annual 50/50 raffle to help fund the hockey team’s operations in Estevan, Saskatchewan. Online ticket sales are open now, and the winning cash prize will be drawn on Saturday, February 21, 2026, during the team’s final regular-season home game.
The draw will take place at Affinity Place while the Bears play the Tisdale Trojans. Residents can buy tickets through the team’s Rafflebox page or in person at the arena during the game.
Proceeds from the raffle help the club cover everyday expenses such as travel for away games, equipment, and player development resources. The fundraiser is a key part of how the team remains financially sustainable and competitive within the Saskatchewan Male U18 AAA Hockey League (SMAAAHL).
Head Coach Ryan Pilon said the team is focusing on a strong work ethic as they head toward the end of their schedule. According to Discover Estevan, the team has seen a boost in community interest following a high-profile effort to host a major regional tournament in 2025 (their bid to host the 2026 Telus Cup West Regionals).
The City of Estevan continues to support the team by providing a home at the local arena, Affinity Place, which seats about 2,700 for hockey. Supporters are encouraged to get their tickets early to help ensure the team can meet its financial goals for the 2026 season.
