A popular local restaurant is moving to a new spot in Grand Valley, Ontario, but customers will not have to go far to find it. The Perked Pierogi announced it is leaving its current home at 17 Main St S at the end of this week to reopen in a new space directly across the road.

Owners Meghan Richards and Stephany St. Louis said they will serve customers at the original location until Jan. 31, 2026. The shop will then close for a short time to move kitchen equipment and set up the new dining area. According to Orangeville.com, the business first opened in 2019.

The restaurant expects to reopen in the new storefront directly across Main Street on the east side in early February 2026. Visitors can look forward to the same menu of homemade pierogies and grilled cheese offerings. The move keeps the eatery in the heart of the village’s business area, as listed in the Grand Valley Business Directory.

While the shop is moving, the menu and coffee service are expected to stay the same. Customers should check The Perked Pierogi’s official Instagram account (@theperkedpierogi) for the confirmed reopening date and updated hours; third-party listings such as Restaurantji also carry the shop’s hours and menu information.
