Grande Prairie Live Theatre is starting a series of spring performances and community gatherings in Grande Prairie, Alberta, beginning on March 12, 2026. The non-profit organization is currently in its 63rd season of providing local entertainment and cultural activities at its downtown venue.
The lineup begins with the stage play Trojan Women, which will be performed from March 12 to March 14, 2026. Following this production, the Grande Prairie Live Theatre will host the Grande Prairie and District Oldtimer’s Association 2026 Annual Banquet on March 21, 2026.
The spring season also includes the musical Tick… Tick… Boom!, which begins its run on March 26, 2026. Performances for the musical will continue through the end of the month and into early April 2026.
The theatre serves as a local cultural hub with a 161-seat space and is supported by nearly 300 volunteers. Each year, the organization hosts several productions and events that attract more than 14,000 audience members to the area.
