Guelph Community Health Centre in Guelph, Ontario, has released its January 2026 program calendar and a downloadable PDF outlining the January schedule, intake changes and service shifts effective January 1, 2026. The calendar highlights updates at the Downtown site (Suite 101 – 176 Wyndham St. N.) and the Shelldale Clinic, and signals expanded mobile mental health visits and adjustments to primary care booking intended to help clients plan appointments and access HART Hub supports more easily.

According to the calendar and Guelph CHC guidance, non-urgent primary care appointments at both the Downtown and Shelldale clinics should be booked using Guelph CHC’s Online Booking portal. The Online Booking system is intended for non-urgent follow-ups and requires a provider name and a health card number; the shift to online booking aims to reduce phone wait times so front-desk staff can focus on higher-acuity HART Hub intakes. Clients can download the January calendar PDF for the month’s schedule and linked program details, and should consult the Online Booking page or contact the clinic if they need help with booking.

The January calendar also outlines the first phase of crisis beds, which Guelph CHC says are not expected to open until 2026–27, and describes a move toward a single, integrated intake approach for HART Hub services based at the Downtown location. The calendar and site navigation list harm-reduction supports such as the ‘Stay Sharp’ supplies under Integrated Programs rather than as a standalone clinic, reflecting the HART Hub’s shift toward wraparound care that brings primary care, social work and crisis response into an integrated model.

The HOME (Health Outreach Mobile Engagement) team is listed in the January calendar as expanding mobile mental health and addictions outreach across Guelph and Wellington County starting in January. Community members in supportive housing or those unable to visit a clinic should review the calendar PDF and linked program details for HOME outreach information; note that some HART Hub supportive-housing components remain phased in and are not yet available, so callers may be advised to contact Guelph CHC directly for booking details and eligibility. Community members are encouraged to review the January schedule online, download the calendar PDF, and use the Online Booking portal or contact the clinic to arrange primary care, mental health support and HART Hub resources in advance.
