The University of Guelph’s University Centre will host the 51st Annual Fair November Craft Show & Sale from November 12 to 15, 2026, featuring 97 juried Canadian artisans, free admission and a new Saturday closing time of 7 p.m., according to the Official Fair November website.
The show will be open Thursday and Friday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., Saturday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The Main Floor (Level 1) and Basement (Level 0) of the University Centre (50 Stone Rd. E.) will be filled with handmade fashion, jewellery, pottery and glasswork from across Canada.
Artisan applications will go live in February, the Fair November website says. The jump to 97 exhibitors – up from the usual 85 to 90 in recent years – reflects steady growth since the fair resumed in-person events after the pandemic.
Local vendors such as Thorpe Toys and Hanscomb Glass have participated for decades and have relied on Fair November for a significant portion of annual revenue. Attendance has topped 30,000 visitors in recent years, making it one of the largest university-hosted craft shows in Canada. Founded in 1975, the event remains a highlight on Guelph’s holiday shopping calendar, showcasing the strength of the city’s creative economy.
