The Guelph Storm Trackers fan club will host its twice-yearly meeting in Guelph, Ontario, on March 7, 2026. The meeting will take place immediately after the home game at Draught Picks Tap House and Grill. This gathering gives members a chance to hear official updates and help plan upcoming fan events.

Season ticket holders and active fans who wish to attend must reserve a seat in advance. The meeting is designed to let supporters provide feedback on the current season and offer suggestions for future volunteer activities. It also serves as a way for the most dedicated fans to stay connected as the hockey season enters its final weeks.

The meeting venue is located on the second floor of the Sleeman Centre at 50 Woolwich Street. The timing of the event aligns with the end of the 2025-2026 regular season for the Guelph Storm, which is set to finish on March 21, 2026.

One of the primary goals of the fan group is to increase community involvement with the team. The group is also responsible for presenting the Paul Fendley Educational Award, which provides support for the education of players on the team.
