In Hanover, the Civic Theatre has a new lineup of concerts running from December 2025 through April 2027, after promoter Back Porch Events posted the schedule on its Hanover Civic Theatre page. The announcement gives local residents and businesses a clear calendar of shows, helping them plan attendance, staffing and community promotions nearly two years in advance. With ticketed tribute acts and feature presentations on the roster, the theatre continues to position itself as a cultural anchor in downtown Hanover.
Shows begin December 31, 2025, with Off the Rock (an East Coast/Great Big Sea–style tribute) at $50, followed by Epic Elton on January 23, 2026 ($50). February 20 and March 20 feature Summer of 69 (a Bryan Adams tribute) and Fleetwood Mac Mania, both at $45. The 17th season opener on September 25, 2026, spotlights ZZ Top & The Fabulous Blues Brothers for $45.
Other highlights include An Evening with George Strait on December 31, 2026 ($50), That 70’s Rock Show on February 19, 2027 ($45) and Let’s Go! (The Cars) on April 10, 2027 ($45). Tickets for most shows are $45, with select feature presentations and New Year’s Eve events priced at $50; many shows are on sale now via the Back Porch Events portal, though availability varies by performance.
Dave Schefter of Back Porch Events brings more than 40 years of experience producing well over 1,000 concerts, including local festivals such as Rockfest and Hanover Blues & Jazz in the Park. The 1911‑era Hanover Civic Theatre, part of the Civic Centre complex at 443 10th Avenue, underwent extensive safety, accessibility and technical upgrades and re‑opened in 2022.
