The Town of Hay River in the Northwest Territories is currently looking to fill two new roles to help maintain community spaces and public infrastructure. This hiring effort is focused on keeping local parks and facilities in good condition for residents to use throughout the year.
The town is recruiting for a senior building maintenance worker and a Facilities & Parks Supervisor. The maintenance role, officially called a Senior Facilities Maintainer, offers a pay rate of $36.05 per hour, while the supervisor position pays $44.21 per hour.
These staff members will work with the Public Works and Services department to look after municipal grounds and buildings. Their work is vital for ensuring that local recreational areas are ready for upcoming seasons and that all town property stays in good repair.
