The Medicine Hat Exhibition & Stampede will host the second annual Cypress Farm & Ranch Show in Medicine Hat, Alberta, on June 11 and June 12, 2026. This two-day event gives local farmers and ranchers a chance to see the latest agricultural equipment and services without having to travel long distances from their homes.
The show features 100,000+ square feet of indoor and outdoor exhibits at the Cypress Centre. Visitors can explore displays from heavy equipment dealers and livestock service providers, or visit the new Country Marketplace, which focuses on goods for the wider rural community.
Organizers have planned the trade show to take place alongside the World Professional Chuckwagon Association (WPCA) chuckwagon races. This pairing helps bring more people to the grounds, creating more opportunities for regional businesses to network and make sales with the region’s producers — the area includes over 3,100 beef farms.
The event was shortened to two days in 2026 (down from three days in 2025) to focus on the most active business times for farmers and ranchers. By bringing these services to the city, the show aims to help local agricultural producers find new ways to run their operations more efficiently while navigating tight margins and shifting global commodity prices.
