MWM Environmental, the contractor handling curbside recycling, will attempt to collect Zone 1 recycling the following day, weather permitting. The RM of Morris says both the Lowe Farm and Rosenort landfills are locked until municipal staff can confirm safe access. The RM reports there will be no penalties or charges for missed recycling or landfill drop-offs caused by this weather event. However, bins that exceed weight limits or are overfilled may not be collected when service resumes.
