Residents in Rosenort, Lowe Farm, and Sperling should prepare for annual spring cleanup as the Rural Municipality of Morris has announced street sweeping will take place on Saturday, May 9, 2026.
To ensure the crews can clear the roadways of winter sand and debris, the municipality is asking residents to move their vehicles off the streets before the equipment arrives. This routine service helps maintain local roads following the winter season.
The municipal office announced the upcoming work on their website, and the information was also shared through the Rosenort Community Facebook page. The municipality, located in the Pembina Valley Region approximately 50 kilometres southwest of Winnipeg, serves a population of over 3,000 residents.
