Residents of Peguis, Manitoba, are being invited to take part in a free 21‑day online meditation series beginning January 24, 2026. The program is being offered by Sahaja Yoga (organizer listed on the event as “Sahaja Yoga Meditation” and promoted by Sahaja Yoga Canada) and is designed to help community members manage stress and find inner peace through daily virtual sessions.

The course runs from January 24 to February 13, 2026, with live sessions held every evening at 7:45 p.m. CT (8:45 p.m. ET). Participants may join the interactive classes via Zoom; recordings are also published on Sahaja Yoga’s YouTube channel for those who cannot attend live.

The three‑week program is structured week‑by‑week: Week 1 focuses on awakening inner energy and enjoying inner silence; Week 2 covers the spiritual ascent and the seven chakras; Week 3 focuses on developing thoughtless awareness through meditation. Organizers say the aim is to foster a state of inner silence or ‘thoughtless awareness,’ which they describe as supporting reduced stress and improved emotional well‑being.

One‑on‑one mentoring is available through Zoom breakout rooms for participants who want extra support; these sessions are offered at no cost and allow attendees to ask questions and receive personal guidance from experienced practitioners.

The 21‑day course itself is free. Optional in‑person retreats are sometimes offered after the program for those seeking a deeper, in‑person experience; unlike the online course, these retreats may involve a small ‘token’ fee to cover venue and food costs. Residents can register or find more information on the Eventbrite listing or via the Sahaja Yoga website.
