A stand-up comedy show is scheduled for Tuesday, January 20, 2026, at The Rainbow Room in Port Alberni, British Columbia. The date was originally part of a national tour by the Indigenous comedy duo The Bad Apples.

The tour and the Port Alberni stop have taken on a somber tone following the death of co-headliner Clayton T. Stewart. Stewart died in a house fire in Winnipeg on December 29, 2025, according to published reports and his obituary. Promoters have said the tour will continue in his honour, and Nelson Mayer, Stewart’s comedy partner, has indicated he intends to carry on with scheduled dates — though the final status of individual shows, including Port Alberni, was still being confirmed as of Jan. 14.

The Port Alberni performance is listed with regional promoters (including Jump Comedy) and local event listings showed the date as active. Some Island tour dates list comedian Drea Omer as a special guest, but Drea Omer’s appearance at the Rainbow Room date has not been independently verified.

The Rainbow Room is located at 3752 4th Avenue in Port Alberni, above Rainbow Lanes bowling alley. Event listings show doors opening at 7:00 p.m.; the show is restricted to patrons aged 19 and over.

Advance tickets are listed at $20, with $25 at the door, according to promotional listings. For more information about Clayton T. Stewart, see his obituary/memorial page on Ethical Death Care.
