The Port Colborne Optimist Club is hosting a fundraiser called Naughty Trivia Night on April 24, 2026, at Brebeuf Hall in Port Colborne, Ontario. This social evening is designed to help the club raise money for community programs that benefit local youth.
The event starts at 7:00 p.m. at the hall on 300 Killaly Street East, with doors opening for guests at 6:15 p.m. Participants can test their knowledge on categories including music, television, and film, and tables of eight people will receive a free tray of pizza.
To make sure the competition is fair, organizers will collect cell phones from all players so they cannot look up answers during the game. Tickets are available now by sending an e-transfer to [email protected], with options to pick up the tickets at the door on the night of the event.
This fundraiser follows the club’s recent donation in March 2026, where they gave $500 to each of 10 local elementary school breakfast programs. These funds were raised through various local events held by the club throughout the previous year.
As a member of Optimist International, the group has been active in the community since 1986. They also host other local activities such as the annual Canada Day celebration with the help of community grants from the city.
