The Kivalliq Trade Show Society is inviting people to sign up for booths at a new event in Rankin Inlet, Nunavut, planned for early March 2026. This event is designed for people working in Inuit art, green energy, and local health services to connect with the community.

Starting February 13, 2026, local business owners and non-profit groups can register to show off their work and meet potential partners. The event will take place at the Agnico Eagle Arena and the Rankin Inlet Community Hall.

A big part of the show will focus on new energy projects, such as the power and internet line being developed by the Nukik Corporation. The Government of Nunavut has noted that these projects are important for helping the region move away from using diesel fuel.

Booth costs for businesses are expected to be between $1,000 and $1,500. Local artists and community groups will pay a lower price, usually ranging from $250 to $500, to make it easier for them to participate and sell their items.

This spring meeting is separate from the larger trade show that takes place every September. Interested vendors can find more information and sign up through the society’s official website or by email.
