The Regina Pats are inviting families in Regina, Saskatchewan, to wear their favourite costumes for a superhero-themed game at the Brandt Centre. The team will face the Victoria Royals on Saturday, January 17, 2026, with puck drop at 6:00 p.m.

During the event, players will wear custom superhero-themed jerseys and capes for their warm-ups to help set the mood. Fans can bid in an online jersey auction that opens at 12:00 p.m. CST on Thursday, January 15, 2026, and closes during the game on Saturday, January 17 at 7:00 p.m. CST. Net proceeds from the auction will directly support the Children’s Miracle Network. The RE/MAX-sponsored initiative is part of a broader program that supports pediatric hospitals and children’s health programs across Canada.

Team leaders say these themed nights are a big part of making hockey games feel like a community celebration. “Most importantly, [it’s about] how we can celebrate the city of Regina and the community of Regina, and put on an exciting game night that is for everyone,” said Gordon Pritchard, CEO of Queen City Sports & Entertainment Group. By focusing on these events, the team aims to bolster family attendance and keep fans coming back to the arena.

The game features a matchup against the visiting Victoria Royals, a club described as “much improved” and featuring notable prospects such as Cole Reschny. Fans who want to attend can find tickets and more details on the team’s promotional schedule. The night offers a chance for local kids to see their hockey heroes while dressing up as their favourite characters.
