The Regina Symphony Orchestra is bringing the music of popular science fiction films to the Conexus Arts Centre in Regina, Saskatchewan, on March 21, 2026. The concert, titled Sci-Fi Spectacular: Interstellar, Star Wars & Beyond, will feature well-known movie themes starting at 7:30 PM.

Guest conductor Juliane Gallant will lead a full orchestra and a live chorus during the performance. The show includes music written by famous composers such as John Williams, Hans Zimmer, James Horner, and Max Richter.

This event is part of the 2025-2026 season, which is the 10th and final year for Music Director Gordon Gerrard. It is one of two movie-themed performances for the symphony in March, following a live-score event for The Lion King held earlier in the month.

Tickets for the concert start at about $76.00. The evening is expected to bring a large number of people to the Wascana Centre area, which will likely increase local parking needs and activity at nearby businesses.
