The Sault Ste. Marie Police Service is asking for the community’s help to find an 18-year-old woman who has been missing since mid-March in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario. Allison Elkas was last seen on March 14, 2026, and police issued a public appeal for assistance on March 23, 2026.
Allison is about five-feet-seven-inches tall with a slim build. She has long straight brown hair and blue eyes, and she was wearing a black winter jacket when she was last seen.
She was last spotted in the 200 block of Glen Avenue, which is a residential area in the east end of the city. Although she was last seen on March 14, her family says they last spoke with her at 9:00 a.m. on March 19, 2026.
