The Sault Ste. Marie Police Service is asking for the public’s help to find 34-year-old Nikki Meekis, who has been missing from Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, since mid-January 2026. She was last seen in the 0-100 block of Montgomery Avenue between January 11 and January 18, 2026.
Meekis is described as being five feet eight inches tall with a thin build, black hair, and brown eyes. When she was last seen, she was believed to be wearing a purple or maroon jacket, black pants, and green hiking boots.
Police issued a renewed call for help on March 3, 2026, as they continue to search for her. Officers are working to determine her location to ensure her safety and hope to reunite her with her family.
Anyone who has seen Meekis or knows where she might be is encouraged to call the police at 705-949-6300. Anonymous tips can also be shared through Crime Stoppers.
