Selkirk hockey fans can now lock in their seats for the 2026-2027 Selkirk Steelers season, with an early bird ticket sale offering a 10-game pack for $100 until June 30. The Junior ‘A’ club, members of the Manitoba Junior Hockey League, has made season passes and flex packs available at the reduced price.
Fans who purchase early are guaranteed a spot for every home game at the Selkirk Recreation Complex, a 2,751-seat venue known as one of the largest non-NHL hockey facilities in Manitoba. Tickets can be bought by emailing [email protected] or calling 204-785-1058.
The early bird push comes as the team builds momentum with recent player advancements. Team captain Owen Branson has committed to Niagara University, Evan Mayer is headed to Plattsburgh State University, and leading scorer Wyatt Witham will join the University of Wisconsin-River Falls program. The Steelers also added former NHL player Josh Green to their coaching staff alongside head coach Hudson Friesen.
Founded in 1966, the Steelers have won 10 Turnbull Cup championships and captured the national Centennial Cup in 1974. The early bird deadline is June 30, after which regular pricing applies.
