The ArtSea Gallery in Sidney, British Columbia, will open its 2026 season on February 27, 2026, at its waterfront location in Tulista Park. According to the ArtSea Community Arts Council, this year’s lineup features a series of weekly art shows to showcase local talent and bring more visitors to the community.
The season starts with a show called West Coast Wild, which runs until March 5, 2026. Following that, the gallery will host Never Done, a special show for International Women’s Day from March 6 to March 12, followed by Skyscapes and a show titled CHARACTER later in the month.
Visitors can enter the gallery for free every day from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. during show weeks. These events are led by the artists themselves, giving residents a chance to talk with the creators and buy original art directly from the people who made it.
The arts council is a registered charity that has supported local culture on the Saanich Peninsula since 1991. By providing a place for artists to display their work, the gallery helps bring more people to nearby local businesses and keeps the waterfront area active during the spring season.
