The St. Thomas Police Service made three arrests on March 4, 2026, in unrelated cases involving a house fire, fake money, and physical threats in St. Thomas, Ontario.
A 41-year-old local resident was arrested and charged with arson following a house fire that took place in February 2026. In an unrelated matter, a 39-year-old man was charged with one count of possessing counterfeit money and one count of using the fake cash.
Officers also arrested a 52-year-old man after investigating reports of historical physical abuse, intimidation, and threats. He now faces charges of assault with a weapon and uttering threats.
All three individuals were taken to the police station to be processed. They were later released with legal documents that require them to appear in court at a later date.
