The Royal Canadian Legion Branch 28 in Stellarton, Nova Scotia, is inviting the community to a Valentine’s Dance on Sunday, February 15, 2026. This evening event will run from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and offers residents a local way to socialize while supporting veterans and the Legion’s community services.

The dance will take place in the hall at 140 MacKay Street and features live music for people 19 years and older. Organizers say the Sunday evening time slot aims to give people a chance to enjoy a night out close to home following the Valentine’s weekend.

Money raised during the event helps fund the Legion’s local work, such as the Full Hearts Luncheon Program, which provides free home‑cooked meals to community members. According to the Stellarton Branch, these social gatherings are a key way the organization maintains a welcoming space for both veterans and the general public.

Those interested in attending can find more information or check for updates on the Stellarton Legion Facebook page. Tickets are typically available for purchase in the Legion lounge or at the door on the night of the dance.
