Pictou County District RCMP is seeking 33-year-old Dylan Rutledge of Stellarton, Nova Scotia, after a province-wide arrest warrant was issued. Rutledge is facing two counts of Failure to Comply with a Release Order. The warrant was publicized on January 16, 2026, and is tied to an RCMP investigation that began in 2024 (File #: 2024-534278).
Police describe Rutledge as approximately 5-foot-9 and about 150 pounds, with dark brown hair and hazel eyes. The search has been active since mid‑January; officers say they have attempted to locate him at known addresses and are now asking the public for assistance.
The warrant is enforceable across Nova Scotia. Police advise the public not to approach or attempt to detain Rutledge; anyone with information is asked to call Pictou County District RCMP at 902-893-6820.
