St. Clair College is offering new artificial intelligence courses this March 2026 to help residents in Tecumseh, Ontario, learn new technology skills. These short programs, called micro-credentials, allow local workers, small business owners, and students to gain practical experience with digital tools through the college’s regional and online offerings.
The St. Clair College Continuing Education department has created six different courses that focus on various parts of the technology. These include a basic course in AI: Prompt Engineering and a class on no-code solutions, which helps people build tech tools without needing to know how to write computer code.
The school also provides specialized training for people working in marketing, human resources, and business analysis. There is a specific course for entrepreneurs designed to help small businesses use these tools to lower their costs and run their shops more efficiently.
In February 2026, the college received a grant from the Ontario Council on Articulation and Transfer to make it easier for students to earn these credits. Residents can find more details through the St. Clair Employment Centre, which serves the community as part of the college’s regional service network.
