Confederation College is inviting students, graduates and community job seekers to its annual Career & Job Fair on Tuesday, February 3, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. in the Shuniah Building Student Lounge on its Thunder Bay campus, according to the college’s event page published November 4, 2025. More than 70 employers are expected to attend, and complimentary parking is available in designated Green Lots (F, E & D).

The fair is open to current students, upcoming graduates, alumni and community job seekers. Exhibitors span key regional sectors, including health care and professional services (for example, Doane Grant Thornton LLP and MNP are listed among exhibitors).

Participants are encouraged to prepare in advance by researching exhibitors, using the MyCareer job bank, attending resume coaching sessions and visiting the Northwest Employment Works resource centre. QR codes at each booth will link to employers’ recruitment sites, and shipping/receiving guidelines are available online for organizations bringing display materials.

Last year’s fair (Feb. 4, 2025) drew roughly 2,500 attendees and featured more than 70 employers, according to the college’s 2025 news release. Organizers say the event remains a key bridge between emerging talent and regional employers.
