Residents in Whitchurch-Stouffville, Ontario, can attend a “Fly Me to the Moon” gala on March 7, 2026, to raise money for pediatric hospice services. The event will take place from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM at the Stained Glass Centre for the Performing Arts, located at 34 Church Street North.
All proceeds from the evening will benefit Emily’s House Children’s Hospice, which provides medical care and support for children with complex needs. This facility offers respite and end-of-life care in a home-like setting while also helping their families through difficult times.
The fundraiser features live music from the 20-piece George Lake BIG Band and a themed lounge area designed by artist Jo Parry. Guests will be served hors d’oeuvres prepared by Food Network celebrity chef Corbin Tomaszeski.
Tickets for the gala are priced at $125.00 per person. According to the event organizers, anyone who purchases a ticket by midnight on March 1, 2026, will be entered to win a Swarovski necklace donated by Evangelos Fine Jewellery.
