Winkler Arts and Culture is hosting a new puzzle competition on March 26, 2026, to raise money for local artistic programs in Winkler, Manitoba. The event invites teams to compete in a timed challenge to see who can finish a puzzle first while supporting the community arts centre. This fundraiser will help the organization reach its goals for various cultural projects and exhibits throughout the year.
The competition is open to teams of four people with an entry fee of $100 per group. Each team will work together to assemble a 750-piece puzzle during the event, which begins at 7:00 p.m. at the arts centre facility on Park Street.
Local businesses are supporting the initiative, with Janzen’s Paint & Decorating providing the puzzles for the evening. Gardenland Co-op is also participating by donating a prize for the winning team.
All money raised from the entry fees will go directly toward the organization’s 2026 programming goals. These funds help the volunteer-led group maintain its space for workshops, music performances, and local heritage displays in the community.
