Fire crews in Woodstock, Ontario, responded late afternoon/evening on January 27, 2026, to a structure fire involving a residential garage on Norwich Avenue. Members of the Woodstock Fire Department worked to keep the flames from spreading to the main house while the fire was brought under control.
Because the fire was on a busy road, the Woodstock Police Service closed off parts of Norwich Avenue to give emergency vehicles and water hoses room to work.
