The Canadian-owned business sells products for farming, home improvement, and rural living. The opening in March 2026 is part of a strategic plan to restore the brand’s footprint in the province after the company previously operated in 11 Saskatchewan communities before widespread closures in 2025.
The company is currently hiring local workers to run the store, which is expected to create new jobs in the area. Peavey Mart is a member of the Yorkton Chamber of Commerce, and the store’s return provides an additional retail option for those living in and around the city.
