Information gathered through the survey will help the school board decide where to focus its funding for the next academic year. This annual process is designed to make sure the board is meeting the specific needs of the communities it serves.
The search for input follows the completion of a long-term goal to install air conditioning in every classroom across the district. As the region continues to grow, the board is also seeking provincial funding to build six new schools, including four elementary schools and two high schools.
