The Brandon General Museum and Archives is hosting a community board game afternoon on March 28, 2026, in Brandon, Manitoba. The event features a nature-themed game called Wingspan and will begin at 1:00 PM.
The session will take place inside the museum’s BJ Hales Gallery. Local experts will be present during the afternoon to help participants learn the rules and guide them through the gameplay.
The gallery has housed the museum’s natural history collection for over a decade. This collection has been on display since 2013 through an agreement with the Brandon School Division.
Organizers are holding the event to provide a social gathering space for local residents. The museum aims to combine traditional exhibits with interactive activities to help the community engage with local history and nature.
