Families in Pitt Meadows, British Columbia, can now sign up for the city’s annual Easter Funday taking place on Sunday, April 5, 2026. The City of Pitt Meadows is hosting the event at Harris Road Park to provide local children with holiday activities for the Easter long weekend.
In-person registration is available until April 4, 2026, at the Pitt Meadows Family Recreation Centre. While the event is free, families must register for one of three 90-minute time slots to help manage the size of the crowd, with sessions beginning at 9:30 a.m., 11 a.m., and 12:30 p.m.
The celebration will include a self-guided Easter egg hunt where children look for eight bunny posters hidden throughout the park. Other activities planned for the day include crafts, face painting, and photos with the Easter Bunny. Organizers remind participants to bring their own baskets or bags to collect eggs at the park.
Only children require tickets or wristbands for the activities, which proceed rain or shine at the park located at 12474 Lougheed Highway. Registration remains open during regular recreation centre hours, though the facility will operate on a shortened schedule from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Good Friday, April 3, 2026, and Easter Saturday, April 4, 2026.
