Job seekers in Chestermere will have the opportunity to connect with local employers when the city hosts its annual career fair on April 29, 2026.
The event will run from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm at the Chestermere Regional Community Association, located at 201 West Chestermere Drive. While some earlier local calendars listed the event for mid-April, organizers have confirmed the fair is taking place at the end of the month.
The job fair is a partnership between the City of Chestermere, the Chestermere Chamber of Commerce, and Prospect Human Services. It is open to all residents regardless of their experience level, and there is no cost to attend.
At least 14 employers have signed up to meet with potential candidates. Participating organizations include the City of Chestermere, Rocky View Schools, the Calgary Fire Department, and the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. Other local employers, such as Camp Chestermere, First Student, and Nurse On Duty Home Care, will also be present to discuss available roles.
