The Hanover School Division Board of Trustees has appointed Graham Sereda as the new principal of Niverville Middle School, effective for the 2026-27 school year. Sereda is currently serving as the vice-principal of Kleefeld School, a position he has held since the fall of 2025. Before that role, he was a vice-principal at Niverville High School from 2019 to 2025 and spent nine years teaching at Niverville Collegiate Institute between 2010 and 2019. Sereda holds a Bachelor of Science, a Bachelor of Education, and a Post-Baccalaureate Education Certificate from the University of Manitoba.

Craig Cumming, who has served as principal of Niverville Middle School since the 2020-21 school year, is part of this transition as the division reshuffles leadership.
