The Beaumont Music Festival is moving forward with its planned two-day event in Beaumont, Alberta, scheduled for June 19 and June 20, 2026. Despite earlier discussions regarding a potential move to an indoor venue, current information from organizers confirms the festival will take place at the BADAS Fairgrounds.
The annual event, which has been a staple of the community since 2008 as Canada’s only 100 per cent Canadian content music festival, continues to advertise a full weekend of programming. The current lineup includes Friday performances by RadioActive, Crown Lands, and Toque, followed by a Saturday schedule headlined by Big Sugar, along with appearances from Royal Tusk, Olivia Rose, and Lucette.
While the city’s community calendar lists the Ken Nichol Regional Recreation Centre as the event location, the festival’s official website maintains that the event will be held at the fairgrounds located at 24358 Township Rd 505. This follows an announcement earlier this year by Creative Director Jeremy Kornel, who had initially planned to move the festival indoors to address rising infrastructure costs and unpredictable weather, which he noted had become unsustainable for the organization.
For those attending the festivities, organizers have introduced a new ticket option called the Festival Six-Pack. This package is priced at $600 plus taxes and fees and includes six general weekend passes along with a curated selection of beverages from local Alberta breweries.
