The weather is expected to take a dramatic turn on Sunday, May 3, as conditions warm to a high of 12°C. While the day will feature a mix of sun and cloud, there is a 40% chance of showers. Cloudier conditions are expected by the evening, with the likelihood of showers increasing to 60% and a low of 6°C.
For those planning to head out onto the water, the Georgian Bay marine forecast indicates northwest winds of 10 to 15 knots throughout Saturday, with wave heights between 0.5 and 1 metre. Winds are expected to become light by Sunday, and the bay remains clear of ice.
