The Beaumont Music Festival is holding a free community warmup event on May 23, 2026, at Sea Change Brewing Co. in Beaumont, Alberta. The gathering serves as an early celebration to build excitement for the main festival, which takes place June 19-20 at the B.A.D.A.S. fairgrounds.
The festivities begin at 6:00 p.m. with an outdoor performance by an Alberta-based party band, accompanied by several surprise guests. To accommodate the expected crowd, the brewery is expanding its outdoor patio and opening up its parking lot for the event. There is no cover charge for the evening.
Following the outdoor concert, the music moves inside the tap room at 9:00 p.m. for a performance by Sean Pinchin, a Juno-nominated blues musician known for his work as a singer-songwriter and slide guitarist.
The warmup event marks the lead-up to the 19th annual Beaumont Music Festival. This year, the event returns to its original home at the B.A.D.A.S. fairgrounds, where it was first held from 2008 to 2012. The main festival features headliners TOQUE on June 19 and Big Sugar on June 20, along with supporting performances from artists including Crown Lands, Royal Tusk, Lucette, Olivia Rose, and RadioActive.
